Truffle Off to Buffalo!

Doesn't matter if you prefer Amaretto infused with a delicate almond flavor and overtones of ripe cherries or hunger for a Black Forest truffle that can be dark, mysterious and romantic as the Black Forest of Germany itself. Or just any truffle where you can snap the rich chocolate shell and let all of the flavors dance on your tongue.

Chocolate truffles can be an intense combination of chocolate confectionery with a chocolate ganache center and coated in even more chocolate or cocoa powder. They can be round in shape or even curved. Whatever the shape (or size) - they are always a chocolate luxury, often saved for special occasions: birthdays, anniversaries or anytime during the traditional Fall and Winter holidays. If your personal favorite is flavored (or filled...) with melted chocolate, caramel, nuts, almonds, berries or other assorted sweet fruits, nougat, fudge or toffee, mint, chocolate chips, marshmallow or liqueur flavors.
